Shenandoah Medical Center Food Drive

Community members, SMC needs your help!!! We will be battling it out with Community Medical Center out of Falls City, NE for our local food pantries October 28th through November 11th!

To add a bit of fun and incentive to staff to donate, each CEO agreed they would dress up as a Turkey or Bluey wearing The Cone Of Shame. However, if both pantry drives each obtain 2,500 pounds of donations, BOTH gentlemen will have to dress up. That is our goal!

Besides, the actual donations of goods, the drives also will accept monetary donations. Each dollar equals one pound. (i.e., $20 is 20 pounds.) We know the true winners are the food pantries to help give a hand up to our friends and neighbors that need it right now. We will have a 'Turkey Bucket' and a 'Bluey Bucket' set up in the Foundation Office so your monetary donations can go toward which thing the CEO will dress up as!

SMC donations can be dropped off at the old hospital entrance (by cafeteria) located at 300 Pershing Dr in Shenandoah. Checks can be made to the SMC Foundation.

For any questions, please contact Chelsey at cjuarez@smchospital.com or call 712-246-7074.

THANK YOU for your support and participation in this fun event to help our community!!
